WW2 era 1943 German made Mauser Mod98 chambered in 7.92 x 57 (8mm Mauser)
Reciever code is BCD.
Bore is in good condition for age and the rifle is in proof, reciever and stock have matching numbers, the bolt and mag plate have been elcro penciled with the rifles serial number which leads us to believe it was a Russian capture. Fitted with leather sling and cleaning rod.
